Calendar of Events

Below is our calendar of events for the 2025-26 year! We are always adding new events and details and will share more with you via our monthly email newsletter. Most events listed below will take place in the greater Sacramento area. Questions or ideas for fun programming? Please email us at deltagammasacramento@gmail.com.

Our chapter serves 2,500 women across Northern California. If you live outside of the Sacramento area and still want to be involved, please let us know! We can help connect you with DGs in your area to host your own events or meetups with support. Our board exists to serve our sisters, no matter where they are, and our hope is to build stronger bonds between sisters near and far. 

***Indicates a Special Interest Group (SIG) event. SIGs are designed to bring sisters together around common interests (location, parenting, recreation, etc.) and anyone can attend. Upcoming Events

• DG Brunch Kickoff Event: Pancake Bar on Saturday, September 6th from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
  Start the year off right for our annual kickoff brunch hosted at a fellow alumna’s home in Elk Grove. Whether you’re new to the area or a longtime sister, come enjoy good food, great company, and reconnect with DG sisters old and new. Come enjoy a pancake bar brunch! Pancakes and syrup will be provided. Please bring your favorite pancake topping or side to share (think chocolate chips, fruit, whipped cream, etc.). Coffee and other breakfast beverages will be on hand. We will assemble baskets to wish our collegiate chapters the best of luck with recruitment! Click here to RSVP today!
   
• Virtual "Reverse" Book Club Event on Sunday, September 28th at 7:00 pm 
   Honolulu x Marin Co x Sacramento Alumnae Collabation event
  This group will meet virtually to share a 5 minute synopsis of a book of their choosing.

• ***Mommy & Me playdate on Saturday morning, October 18th. More info coming soon. 
   
• Sacramento Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter Tailgate at Sac State Homecoming Football Game on October 18th. Join us as we tailgate before the Sac State Homecoming Football game on Saturday, October 18th! We will reserve a spot in Parking Lot 7 or 8. The chapter will provide a main course and non-alcoholic beverages. Attendees can bring sides and snacks to share. • Sacramento Alumnae Panhellenic Association BUNCO Fundraiser on Saturday, November 8th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Location: Club House, 5700 Spyglass Lane, Citrus Heights, CA 95610

  BUNCO is a dice game to be played by all attendees (Beginners, friends, and family are invited! Sorority affiliation is not required, all are welcome). Tickets to play are $10.00 per person. Cash Prizes to be awarded: Most BUNCOs, Most Wins, Most Travelers, Most Losses. Gift Baskets: Raffle tickets will be available to purchase for the raffle drawing.

  Ticket prices: 1 for $1.00, 6 for $5.00, 15 for $10.00, 40 for $20.00. Please RSVP to Jessica Coffield at jbcoffield@gmail.com by Monday October 24, 2025, so that we have enough snacks and dice to go around!

• Our annual Holiday Brunch will take place on Saturday, December 13th in Sacramento. More informaton to come. 
   
• We will host a volunteer day benefiting the Society for the Blind in January. 
   
• We will host a Galentine's Day Event in February. 
   
• Mark your calendar for a Founders Day event in Sacramento on Sunday, March 8th. More informaton to come. 
   
• We will host an alumnae career panel for collegians in April.
